Greissy Marcano/ Prensa Gobernación.- La gobernadora Yelitza Santaella informó al pueblo monaguense que desde este jueves inició el suministro de carne de res en los mercados populares de la entidad para la venta a precios acordados.
La primera autoridad de Monagas explicó que el presidente Nicolás Maduro aprobó 20 millones de bolívares soberanos a la empresa estatal Soberanía Patriótica para garantizar la compra y venta de este producto.
Destacó que la Gobernación de Monagas asumió la responsabilidad de surtir la carne de res a otros tres estados del país, como son Sucre, Anzoátegui y Nueva Esparta. “Estamos iniciando con el suministro de 100 reses para Monagas y otras 100 para Anzoátegui, quedando para el transcurso de la semana otras 200 para Sucre y Nueva Esparta”.
Santaella explicó que el ganado se lo están comprando a los productores en un precio de 30 bolívares el kilo de carne de vaca y 35 el de carne de toro, y en 70 la carne de canal, de tal forma que los establecimientos lo puedan vender al precio establecido de 90 bolívares soberanos con base en el margen de ganancia.
“De esta manera estamos evitando la especulación y garantizando que el pueblo pueda adquirir este producto alimenticio, quienes infrinjan la ley serán puestos a la orden de la justicia. Posteriormente estableceremos medidas para la venta del pollo”, señaló.
